Philadelphia worker-protection notices (paid sick leave, wage theft) + state/federal posters: Philadelphia restaurant guide

Philadelphia Department of Labor — Office of Worker Protections

What it is

Employers must tell workers about Philadelphia's paid sick leave law (Chapter 9-4100) and wage-theft protections by posting the City's notices, and keep three years of sick-time records.

When a restaurant needs it

From your first hire. Employers with 10+ employees provide paid sick leave (1 hour per 40 worked, up to 40 hours/year); smaller employers provide unpaid leave.

How to apply

No application — download and post the City notices in the workplace alongside the required Pennsylvania and federal labor posters.
